The evolution of education has changed the way students learn. Students are no longer attracted to knowledge in the books or information on the whiteboard. Their curiosity has brought them to explore beyond the four walls of the classroom.

Teachers educated under different generations may have adopted different teaching pedagogy. Teachers tend to apply what they have learned in the classroom. However, their teaching pedagogy may no longer apply to the current generations. Hence, to engage Generation Z and Generation Alpha, only to remodelling the teaching pedagogy so that teachers can continue to engage the current generation.

Teachers need constant upgrades in their skills to transform their classroom and the students' lives. Students' responses are the best mirror of the teacher's teaching approach. Teachers are reflective thinkers who do self-check consistently to stay up-to-date with the current generation.

 

No teacher is worse than a teacher who does not reflect.
