Every child is unique in their own way. Teaching is about understanding and building a relationship with the child. This involved imparting both knowledge and the right learning spirit to the child. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all teaching methodology. Teaching should be constantly reflected. Different teaching methodologies should be applied based on the learning abilities of each child. A good teacher should also explore and be open to different teaching methodologies and not be bound by one belief. A good lesson plan should interest and motivate the child to learn. Hence, I believe every child's potential can be discovered through a good lesson plan delivered by a good teacher.
